1333 bet — 3-Hand Casino Hold'em — play three hands of poker at once
Play three hands simultaneously within the familiar Texas Hold'em framework — 3-Hand Casino Hold'em at 1333 bet puts you up against the dealer with three times the opportunities. Find all the details on strategy, rules, and live tables here.
How a round works
3-Hand Casino Hold'em is built on Texas Hold'em, but here the player plays against the dealer — not other players. And "three-hand" means you can run three separate hands at the same table at the same time.
Place the ante bet
Each hand begins by placing an ante bet. You can place antes for all three separate hands at the same time if you wish. An optional AA side bet can also be placed alongside.
Card deal
Each hand receives two cards. The dealer also receives two cards, one face up and one face down. Three community cards are then revealed on the flop.
Call or fold
After seeing the flop, make a separate decision for each hand: calling requires placing another bet equal to the ante; folding means the ante for that hand is lost. Three independent decisions can be made across the three hands.
Turn and river
For hands that were called, the next two community cards (turn and river) are revealed. At the end, the best five-card hand is formed from the five community cards and two hole cards.
Showdown and result
The dealer reveals their hand. The dealer must "qualify" — generally needing a pair of fours or better. If the dealer does not qualify, the ante on each called hand pushes or pays at a set rate.
Main bet types and payment structure
Each hand offers several betting options. Each pays differently — explained in plain terms below.
Ante bet
The base bet to enter the game. Generally pays 1:1 when the player's hand beats the dealer's. In many versions, if the dealer does not qualify, the ante pushes — meaning the stake is returned.
Call bet
After the flop, a bet equal to the ante must be placed to keep an active hand alive. Winnings on the call bet are also generally paid at 1:1. If a hand looks weak, folding and giving up only the ante is the practical choice.
AA side bet
A fully optional side bet that pays a bonus when your hand and the flop combine to form a qualifying strong hand (a pair of Aces or better). Flush, full house, straight — the stronger the hand, the higher the payout; the highest multiplier applies for a royal flush.
Premium bet
Some versions include an additional premium or progressive side bet. This bet typically pays a jackpot or special bonus when a rare hand such as a royal flush or straight flush appears. It is not tied to the main game result — it is determined separately.
Independent control of three hands
The biggest advantage of the 3-hand format is that each hand can be managed separately. You can fold a weak hand and stay active on the other two, or call on all three — full control stays with the player.
House edge — how much of an advantage does the casino have?
The house edge in Casino Hold'em is relatively low — generally between 2% and 2.5%, which is quite competitive among poker variants. This means that over the long term, the average difference per ৳100 bet is around ৳2 to ৳2.50 — but in shorter sessions, good strategy and correct decisions can close much of that gap.
The house edge on the AA side bet is generally higher than on the main game. While the side bet offers the chance of a larger payout, placing it repeatedly increases costs over the long run. Since the pay tables differ across table variants, reading the rules before you start is the sensible approach.
Why knowing the house edge helps
Knowing the house edge lets you make informed decisions — when to call, where folding limits losses, and how much risk on a side bet is reasonable. The 1333 Casino section at 1333 bet has tables with various pay tables, making it easy to compare and choose the one you prefer.
Stay ahead with strategy
Making the right call/fold decisions is the most effective way to reduce the house edge in Casino Hold'em. Following the strategies below helps new players firm up their decisions quickly.
Starting strategy — for beginners
-
Call when you have a pair or a good draw on the flop. If your two hole cards or the flop together form at least one pair, a flush draw, or a straight draw, calling is generally the profitable move.
-
Save money by folding weak hands. If both hole cards are low and there is no connection on the flop either, folding is the smart choice. The advantage of three hands is that you can drop one and focus on the others.
-
Keep the AA side bet moderate. Despite the appeal of large payouts, placing the AA bet regularly increases costs over time. Placing it occasionally is more practical than betting on it every hand.
-
View the three hands together and separately. All three hands are against the same dealer, but each is independent. Evaluate each hand on its own strength — the weakness of one hand should not influence the decision on another.
-
Set a budget before you sit down. Three hands means three times the potential bet outlay — so set a clear budget before each session. Playing within the rules and terms keeps the experience more positive. Read the Terms and Conditions page to learn more.

Practice with a free demo. Many platforms offer a demo mode on the digital version, where you can practice understanding hands without real money. This practice builds confidence before moving to a live table.
Live dealer vs digital version
Live dealer Casino Hold'em
In the live dealer version, a real dealer distributes cards from a studio and the entire process is visible via video stream. It gives a feel much like sitting in a physical casino. Studios like Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live run this type of live table. Where a chat function is available, direct communication with the dealer is also possible.
Live tables generally have somewhat higher table limits and the pace of play depends on the dealer — so it helps to be comfortable making quick decisions.
Digital (RNG) version
In the digital version, a computer algorithm (RNG) deals the cards. The pace of play is entirely in your hands — you can go as slowly or as quickly as you like. This is ideal for beginners since there is no rush and there is time to analyse each hand.
Demo mode is more readily available on digital tables. Table limits are generally flexible — it is easy to start with a small budget. Players new to card games coming from slots or other games can start here.
If you are interested in Casino Hold'em, both live dealer tables and digital variants are available in the 1333 Casino section. If you prefer something different outside poker, the Slots section has a wide range of options as well.
Table limits — where to start
3-Hand Casino Hold'em generally offers multiple table limit options so that both new and experienced players can choose a table that suits their budget.
Actual limits depend on the platform and the specific table — the correct figures can be seen in the table information section after logging in. When playing three hands, keep in mind that each hand requires a separate ante — plan your total spend accordingly.
Choose the right table
Sitting at a table that matches your budget makes each session more enjoyable. Playing within your limits gives more satisfaction over the long run.
